I’ve been going to pt for a couple of years for my back and my hip. After hip surgery and pt from a number of pt clinics my hip is much better but my back was still killing me especially after a round of golf. My hip surgeon recommended spine zone. They worked me pretty vigorously with exercising twice daily and going in the facility 2 times a week on exercise equipment. My back pain has been greatly reduced and I have nothing but good things to say about spine zone.

I've been to many places for physical therapy and I have to say that this is the first time I have felt compelled to leave a review. The team at this location is extremely attentive about getting you better. They listen to you and tailor your program to maximize your recovery. More than a couple times I made a little sound while trying to do something and they were immediately asking questions about what was that and addressing the issue right there on the spot and changing my therapy if needed. I would love to give Sana and her team a huge thumbs up for getting me better so quickly. I highly recommend this location!

Just moved me from machine to machine. They didn't provide thorough instruction when I worked on the machine. And I did one machine with bad position and I ended up have more back pain. Thw coach doesn't seem to pay attention to my feeling after I finish my session. I had my initial evaluation and one session already and I still don't know what's my pt plan in following weeks

I had 22 sessions with SpineZone. As I look back the experience was a very good one. My awareness level is much higher as to issues regarding the neck in particular. Exercises for the neck and back will for sure help me if implemented. It is now my responsibility to exercise and stay aware of my posture. Spine Zone therapy saved me from a herniated disc surgery.
When I started Spine Zone I was in so much pain and just wanted to finish my 5 weeks of therapy so I could have surgery. After the very first week I was already seeing much releif. Every week I felt better and stronger and am proud to say I am back to living my full life prior to the injury. Thanks to Sana, Arianna and all the RB staff.

I highly recommend SpineZone. Excellent physical therapists and trainers! And SpineZone has great equipment that addressed my back and neck issues. And a bonus for me: for every home exercise, SpineZone has easy to understand "how-to" "instructions.

The staff are very experienced with back and neck issues and they develop specific and personal plans for the sessions. They address problems and make adjustments, if necessary. Special call out to Lindsey and Bijon who were my trainers/physical therapists but everyone at SpineZone was friendly, knowledgeable and did everything possible to improve the quality of my life!!! (And it was improved! thank you so much!)

When I went to Spine Zone I had a herniated disc at L4-5. My sciatica was severe to the point I could hardly walk from my car to the front door. I had serious doubt physical therapy could solve my issues to the point I had already met with my surgeon, had an MRI, and was preparing to schedule a date for surgery. Well to my surprise, after working with the physical therapist twice a week and doing my home assignments every day, and lots of praying, after nine weeks the pain was gone and I could walk freely as if nothing ever happened. I was shocked but delighted and felt like a new person. The disc had retracted off the nerve like they said it should once my muscles were strong enough. I continued the whole program even after I felt better to make sure it did not return. Now I am starting their maintanence program to continue to strengthen my back so I never have this problem again. Thank you Spine Zone, thank you PT Benito, and thank you for giving me the confidence that your program would one day relieve my pain.

The physical therapists here are very attentive. They use some specialized equipment and unique approaches that I have not experienced at other offices, which has helped in my recovery. I would recommend spinezone for help with your back problems.
