We just stopped by looking for oil of oregano, colloidal silver, and a few other remedies. Yasir greeted us and helped us find everything. He was so knowledgeable and one of the friendliest people I’ve met in a long time! He even has a tea bar and made us some delicious teas! we will definitely be coming here for all of our herbs and tea in the future!

this place is awesome, they were very helpful and they made some great recommendations. the vibe inside is cozy and welcoming and they have pretty much anything you could be looking for at an apothecary. i got a few different teas and im excited to try them! definitely worth the visit and i will be returning.

I stopped in to see what Spring to Health shop is like. It’s a large and peaceful space with a beautiful array of herbs as well as organic and natural products for the body and home. There’s a tea bar where Sophia, one of the owners, offered me a complimentary cup of tea. It was marvelous! I went home with some. 🙂
Sophia has plans for more herbal and other products, she has a good knowledge of all things herbal and how they benefit your health. This shop is a lovely addition to the community as it’s a source for good quality organic herbs and other things for health and wellness. It would be a great venue for seasonal wellness events - I hope they host them!
Oh and they carry local Lieber Honey as well.

Beyond thankful to have this store in my area. The owners and employees are so helpful and kind, the energy is very soothing, and nobody is left out when it comes to the types of products they have. As people who knew almost nothing in the beginning, we never felt judged. That’s what matters most to me I think. Break Free is a facial oil to help with acne and I can report that it has made 100% difference in my 16 year old’s acne. It made so much of a difference his siblings asked why he had makeup on when he’s never worn any in his life. As with anything, you have to use it regularly. Bone Deep salve is spectacular for minor scrapes, bruises, and bug bites. I was shocked at the healing speed vs steroid creams from the store. We have used Digestive Bitters also, again, works amazing. TEA. IS. FABULOUS. We buy the teas weekly!! Don’t hesitate to visit! You won’t regret anything you buy!

I’ve been on a major health journey for about 1.5 yrs now so still very new into all things, health, teas, herbs, etc. .. however, I’ve most definitely learned how important it is to properly nourish and help our bodies heal with herbs and teas.

This will now be my one stop shop for all things vitamins, tinctures, and teas.

All products are organic, naturally sourced and trusted brands that the owner has personally tried (which I love). Plus she is incredibly knowledgeable and can help guide you if you are new and eager to learn.

Even if you are not into teas & herbs, the skincare line is for you. I got a moisturizer that I used today for the first time and my skin hasn’t felt this nourished and healthy like ever!

I really love this place. The staff is knowledgeable. Dry herbs are organic and good quality. I have been taking their Stress Relief blend and it has been fantastic. The blend has even helped me sleep better during my late Luteal phase which is when I need good rest but had been struggling to actually sleep before trying this tea. They will be seeing me regularly for sure!

Sophia has been a life saver. She has listened and cared about everything I have said. I have been on perscriptions for anxiety and depression for most of my life because of her i am no longer on them.... her adrenal rx is absolutly life changing.
