That said, all the teachers I have experienced here are super great as well, each different in their approach. There is definitely something for every mood and what you may be in need of for your practice. I never leave here disappointed....always uplifted and quite frankly, joyous. 🙂

It'll be a year this Feb since I started going to this studio. Being new to yoga, I began with the 2 wk/unlimited trial. I got hooked. It led to 1 month unlimited classes, then to 3 months, and by summer time, it only made sense to do an annual membership. No regrets. It's been a pleasant sanctuary for whatever I need on any given day (to exercise, reconnect, readjust, meet new people, learn something new or to simply find peace and be still). The instructors are inclusive, friendly and personable. Whether you are a new or seasoned yogi, they will guide you (and challenge you) through your practice sharing their knowledge with intent. Every Instructor is different so you will get the best of all worlds. Thank you, Stella and everyone on your team, for sharing and opening up your hearts to my family and friends whom I've brought along on this journey at your studio. 🙏

Most people think the Happiest Place on Earth is up the road a few miles, but not for me! Stella Luna changed my life!

If someone told me five years ago that I would be doing yoga, I honestly would have thought it was a cruel practical joke. Having chronic pain and health issues, I was not a very likely yoga enthusiast. However, I was at a medical appointment when one of the wonderful nurses talked about how much yoga helps her relax and stretch. We talked about releasing stress and she suggested I give yoga a try. I chuckled softly and she gave me a card for Stella Luna Yoga. She told me about taking Michele’s Gentle class and said to think about it. Well, that card sat in my purse for a month, gently reminding me about our conversation. One day, I searched “beginning yoga” and came across hundreds of articles, websites, and book recommendations. Finally, I went over to Stella Yoga.

It was after a class that I had the opportunity to talk to Michele. She was just as warm and caring as my nurse said she would be! I explained my limitations and we discussed ways that we could communicate when I needed to make an adjustment to a pose and my comfort level with assistance. When it was time for me to take my class I felt prepared and my self consciousness melted away. Michele’s Gentle yoga class helped me relax and lightly adjust my limbs to help ease some pain! WOW!!! I left my first ever yoga session feeling ENERGIZED!!!

Stella Luna Yoga changed my life from that first session! I took a different approach to managing my healthcare and pain after that day. Stella Luna is a core part of taking care of my health, physically and emotionally. For anyone unsure if yoga is right for them, I wholeheartedly believe you should give STELLA LUNA YOGA a try!!!

Stella Luna Yoga is the most amazing studio I have ever practiced yoga in. It has everything to do with Stella! The owner. If you can grab any one of the classes she teaches. She heals one through her talents- it’s hard to describe but I promise you that you’ll feel better. I recently bought a flow class by Lisa- WOW! I wanted to challenge myself, so I tried this class for the first time- AMAZING!!! I did a head stand and I worked up a healthy sweat. I have yet to have a bad experience there and I’ve been going for at least three or four years now. I’m sorry I am finally getting around to writing a review- maybe it’s because I secretly don’t want the classes to be more popular and crowded!😂 That’s all folks! Namaste 🙏🏻
