My experience with Mr. Capers has been phenomenal. I have suffered from neck pain for many years, and am doing everything I can to avoid surgery. The reflexology technique Mr. Capers performs, along with guided breathing, meditation and Thai stretching have made such a difference in my daily quality of life. He is very patient and professional while working with me to improve my well-being. I have also been attending Qi Gong classes, which have helped with mobility, breath regulation and stress reduction. I definitely recommend Mr. Capers to anyone who is seeking a holistic healing experience, pain management, etc... We are blessed to have someone with his knowledge and experience in our area!

Mr. Capers has been a special blessing in my life. He is one of the most selfless people I’ve ever known. After a failed back surgery to correct nerve impingement, I live with chronic pain. He performs Reflexology & Thai stretching which gives me immediate relief. He has taught me breathing techniques & meditation which help with pain & anxiety.
I also attend Qi Gong classes under Mr. Caper’s instruction. It has improved my flexibility, mobility & overall well being!
