Paige and Andre are literally the best! Nicest owners with the best workouts. On top of that they just remodeled their gym and it is QUALITY. Plenty of space, tons of ROGUE equipment. Would come here for your fitness needs as well as comp training if you were looking for something more serious. Thanks guys!

the jump class is INTENSE. if ur like me expect to do some modifications, i sat down like every other song bahaha. but the light at the end of the tunnel was the big bad wolf, my delight and surprise was insurmountable when i saw the icon come out with the wolf mask. i drove here for the big bad wolf and that’s what i got incredible 10/10

This has to be one of the best work out classes I have ever done. I did the booty class with Paige and let’s just say she makes sure you get the booty of your dreams! Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone looking to straight their fitness journey. Every instructor and person who attends the class are so nice and helpful. As a beginner it was intimidating at first but after about 10 minutes you’re too busy in the program to worry about anything else. Highly recommend this gym and all their programs they offer! You won’t regret it.
