Valentina is amazing, she knows her stuff,
With her professional background as a gymnastics judge she is able to stretch and strengthen properly. Since I’ve been coming here, my daughter has been able to execute her leaps and tricks with precision. Her leaps are more powerful and I feel confident that my child is safe using proper technique when executing her tricks. Videos may be taken at times to help the athletes become aware of, and fix problem areas. Valentina’s’s will get athletes where they need to go she is firm but loving. She cares about the athletes and will work for amazing form…I love bringing my daughter here because I know she will benefit in every way and it will help her grow. Thank you Valentina

This gym and Coach Val and team are amazing! My daughter was a competitive gymnasts and dancer and Coach Val helped her in both. She is a great teacher one on one or in a regular class. Her camps are also fun and full of learning. She can work with kids when they are starting or even who are in elite levels and to work on higher level skills. She was also the only one who could help my daughter through mental blocks. Cant say enough good things about Coach Val and her entire team!

What had me interested in Strength Flex was their Acro class dedicated to girls already in Gymnastics or dance at another studio. I enrolled my daughter here for extra stretching and training on the weekends. Vals techniques helped my daughters' gymnastics skills sharpen up and we saw positive progress. Vals knowledgeable in her teaching and passionate about coaching. She offers classes for kids as young as 1yo, which I find amazing. I have my 4, 5, and 12yo all enrolled at her studio for weekly classes.

Highly recommend if you're looking to enroll your child in gymnastics or to level up your child that's already at another studio.

Coach Valentina was my oldest Dauther’a gymnast trainer for many years. She put a lot of work for my Dauther and made her win manny medals. Now I have 4 years old twins and they love going to her gym.

My daughter is 15 years old. She has been taking privates with Valentina to increase flexibility and jumps for dance. The improvement has been great! Valentina is easy to reach and responds quickly to messages. The gym is clean and spacious with plenty of parking. We love Valentina’s sweet personality and positive spirit.
