I have been working with Desiree for almost 2 years now and my mobility is greatly improved. I went from chronic tightness in my lower back, piriformis to being able to improving my workouts, lifting heavier and participating in a variety of fitness activities without being concerned about getting injured or having to recover from tightness for multiple days!

She is an excellent coach who is super knowledgeable. She gives great tips and exercises to do on your own in between sessions which are really helpful at focusing on your problem areas.

She's a great listener, goes at your pace, has a healing/positive touch/energy about her.

She has been life changing for me and I look forward to my weekly session with her!

Life changing traveling stretch queen! I don't like to stretch, and I never used to, until I met Desiree over a year ago. I was rehabbing some old injuries and traditional methods weren't helping. Having someone who can safely help you regain movement through light to medium physical therapy is something we need more of. She has a super friendly personality and is reliable. I highly recommend her, 10/10!
