Started strength training with Paulak in my early teens for Ice Hockey. Not only have I improved on the ice, but the training has also improved my mobility and range of motion, allowing me to adapt to more situations and resist injury.

Paulak is not only knowledgeable in strength training but also in complementary disciplines that assist in building and maintaining a health-conscious lifestyle: being able to provide tips and exercises for recovery, nutrition, and physical therapy.

Moving out of town to pursue higher education, I still effectuate and sharpen skills taught by Paulak to prevent body injury during sports, maintain body weight, and most importantly keep a healthy lifestyle.

I've been working with Paulak on a weekly basis for about six months now and I've seen improvements in terms of strength and mobility. I was recommended by my friend to Pauluk because of my lower back and hip muscle soreness. it turns out to be multiple causes. One being misaligned joints causing numbness on my lower leg which I have my chiropractor adjusted. I decided to continue with the manual therapy because it felt great afterward. Less tension on my legs and back. We are working on my shoulder muscles. He gives out homework to do on my own too. Small exercises that take maybe 5 mins a day to stretch at home. I always feel pretty at ease during the session and like how down to earth Paulak is.

Paulak is by far the best Personal Trainer and nutrition coaching I’ve worked with. Working with him, you can sense how passionate he is with his craft. He relieved pain in my shoulder and increased blood flow through out my entire body. My body felt 5 years younger! I felt safe and secure working with him. He’s easy to talk to and he gave me additional helpful information during my session. I’m glad I had the pleasure of working with him and I’m looking forward to more sessions in the suture

Overall Experience:
How has your journey been so far, and what positive changes have you noticed in your fitness and well-being?

It has been over a year since I have worked with Paulak and he has drastically improved my knowledge of nutrition and fitness. I physically look more fit, and altogether feel healthier. I also used to have a lot of tight joints and pain in certain areas, but the therapy exercises that Paulak has shown me have really helped.

Achievement and Progress:
Describe any specific fitness goals you set with Paulak and the progress you've made. What achievements are you most proud of since starting your training sessions?

I have always wanted to bench one plate and do pull ups. After working with Paulak I am able to rep 25lbs on each side on bench. I am also able to do 5 pull ups now.

Personal Transformation:
Reflect on the transformation you've experienced in terms of both physical fitness and mindset since working with Paulak. How has this impacted your daily life?

I am definitely more inclined and excited to do fitness when I go to the gym. On top of that, I would say my confidence has been improved overall after training.

What aspects do you find most effective and enjoyable?"

I think just having Paulak there helping me out whenever I am struggling is a really great motivator. I also very much enjoy the chats and knowledge that I learn from Paulak.

Paulak is a great motivator when it comes to encouragement and guidance. He is always helping to make sure my form is correct and gives me little bits of knowledge that range from nutrition advice to lifting form.

I am honestly always updating my goals and whether it be physical appearance or lifting goals. Paulak has always made sure to accommodate the workouts and diet to the goals I have set.

Absolutely, Paulak is wonderful. He is always patient and eager to help no matter the person.

I am still headed toward my 1 plate bench and more pull up power. I believe if I worked with Paulak more frequently, he would be able to help me reach those goals. I can imagine him both teaching and helping me with my nutrition, form, and fitness plans.

I have osteoporosis and am 62 years old. Earlier this year, my father had a stroke and now needs my help to move around the house and stand up. While I was helping my father, I strained my back and injured myself. I spoke with my son about this, and he recommended Paulak to me to help me strengthen my muscles and help my injury. I have been seeing Paulak for around four months now and have noticed immediate results from training with him. Paulak creates specialized plans for me, and his level of individual care is very helpful. After a few months of training, my back no longer hurts, and I have built my muscles and core to be much stronger than before. I work as a real estate agent, which involves much walking around and some manual labor tasks. I have noticed that I now feel much lighter while walking and moving things has become much easier as I am now both stronger and know how to properly carry heavy items. My personal life has also been improved, and helping my father is now much easier. I reached out to Paulak for help as I needed to get a jumpstart on my health and fitness again. I wanted to have a stronger core, better circulation and relieve the tightness in my back. I felt like I needed something different. I was hesitate as I've had personal trainers in the past at the gym. After speaking to Paulak he really listened to my goals and wanted to help me find a workout routine that would still challenge me as well as make it a part of my daily life so I can stick to it. My work is stressful and it takes a toll on my body, especially my upper back. He showed me all sorts of new stretches that helped open up my back. If I forgot how to do something, he would go through it again or there was a video I could refer back to as well. A day after our session he checks in to make sure I was feeling ok and answer any questions. During our sessions he pushed me when I needed it. I felt really comfortable and I know by following the exercises I can build a stronger core, feel and look healthier. Thank you for helping me find a daily workout that works for my lifestyle.

I had tight hips that needed stretching as well as knees with cartilage loss. I do taekwondo martial arts, so my hips and knees are always aching. Paulak was gentle with the stretches so that my joints weren’t further irritated and I got a deeper stretch than stretching on my own. Paulak is very knowledgeable about how the mechanics of the body work, how to prevent and fix pain, and is kind to his clients!
