StudioFit 50+ is a safe, private exercise studio for fitness. While any age can participate, the majority of clientele are over 50. The owner, Ashley, has a special interest in the needs and wants of this age group and goes way out of her way to keep educated and updated for safety and variety of exercises for any area of interest or need for each individual participant. I highly recommend this business for those who want and need support for our age group!

Studio Fit 50 has become a huge part of my life. My life is different in ten months. Today I can reach the second shelf in my kitchen because one of stretching. My oxygen level have come up to 96 instead of 93 so breathing is easier. Now I even want to move instead of enjoying my chair.

Feeling as if you're slowing down, becoming unsteady and have a fear of losing your balance. Try Kelly's fun classes. You will be surprised how much it improves your strength for balance. Prevention is better than a fall.
