We had been a long time customer for decades, from their father generation whom owned and started this business. Now, the younger generation is continued to operate this store with excellent experience and friendly staffs. They never fail us. This store is the only store has all the ingredients for my recipe. Stopped by to buy birds nest since many of my friends recommended this place. Welcome me was a very attituded man who treated me like I came in to beg for his stuffs. Everytime he placed something on the glass table, he was like throwing stuffs to me. Never want to walk out of a store as fast as possible like today.
The price is same as on their website, so I rather buy online from now on.

My son and I visited the store as part of a school cultural project. I asked the gentleman tending the store a few questions about the store and explained this purpose of our visit. He seemed a bit preoccupied, but did answer a few. We eventually purchased a small amount Jasmine tea and I can hardly wait to see how it tastes. The store is neat and clean.

Today around 12:30 pm i stoped by to buy some Chinese dates 2 bags for $11 great products, then 1 hour later I came back to look for my wallet in which having $200 cash and driver license., I asked if they saw my wallet, the lady asked me a very strange question “ did you stop by here” less than an hour ago she sold me and gave me changes for the transaction!!! So weird and unappreciated. Normally, peoples will answer that they did not see the wallet..

My visits to Tan birds nest Yen was very accommodating, they answered all my question and more. They gave me a variety of choices from teas to birds nest and told me what they recommended. I ended up getting the birds, which I get very often, and I have to say that this was the best tasting birds nest I've ever seen this was also a great bargain.
