At 74 years old I thought my body building competition days were over. However, being encouraged by my old friend/trainer, Toni Abdo, I came to believe I had just one more show in me. I’ve been training with Toni for a year and a half, and it’s been a great experience. When I started I was very skinny, but he’s helped me add a lot of size and muscle with his workouts and meal plan. He’s always extremely friendly with all his clients and everyone else at the gym. His workouts are challenging but they definitely work. I highly recommend Toni with Team Elite Coaching!
