I trained here for about 4 years now. Looking for an MMA gym was intimidating. Going in for the first time was even more intimidating. I had this image in my head that there are big bad fighters that was gonna knock my head off. I took the leap and went in for the first time and it was the complete opposite. The head coach Jared and everyone else there that was training was very welcoming. Ever since then, we have all became a big family. The classes are great. I mostly do this to stay In shape and to have the knowledge of how to defend myself when need be. I have also competed a couple of times doing kick boxing. The classes are great. The biggest thing I've learned is that you get whatever you put into the classes and yourself. The harder you train the more results you get. The coaches are very patient and are willing to work with you individually to help you understand what and why we are doing what were doing. And its nice to know that I can come here to train to be in shape and occasionally compete without the pressure of needing to compete. They're willing to help if you want to compete. But if you aren't interested the coaches still give you the necessary attention to become better. Being at Team Quest is now a comfortable place to come and unwind from my day at work or just at home. I definitely can and have recommended this gym to other friends and they expressed the same feeling I feel about this gym.

I enjoyed training at the old location, but didn't have a desire to train at the new location downtown. Part of this decision was due to the change in ownership, as I felt the training program would go in a direction that didn't interest me. Even so, the training I experienced prior to this transition wasn't what I would consider amazing. I thought the jujitsu training was solid, but the kickboxing training involved more games than actual training... and the boxing classes didn't cover fundamentals that are necessary in teaching an individual how to box.

The kids class has been amazing for my daughter. She has started to become more active and has built a tremendous amount of self confidence. The facility is great. With a family feel to it. The instructors are absolutely great. They are awesome with all the kids. And I'm so glad we found a gym like this. Thank you to all the instructors for dedicating their time to helping the community.

I trained here several years back and I would recommend it to anyone. Awesome environment, top notch facility/equipment, the best coaches you can find, and you become part of a big family. What always stood out to me was how each coach was willing to step aside and help an individual and not just a large crowd. Whether you want to pursue a career as a serious fighter or just want to get in better shape, they have something to fit your needs.
