Couldn’t love my gym more! You are working out amongst real people who want to put real work in! You never feel uncomfortable. You become part of a family. And Josh is the man! Fantastic gym. I was looking for something smaller, personal - and where bad behavior isn’t tolerated. This is it - great equipment, really nice people, and NONE of the nonsense you’ll run into at a commercial gym. The bathrooms and equipment are always clean, people put their weights back, and I’ve yet to see anyone curling in a squat rack.

It’s like your own private gym and all the regulars treat it as such - with respect. Big kudos to Josh for creating such a great environment.

I love this place! I left for over a year when I started a new job and had to commute for hours a day. When I returned, it was like I never left and was treated like family by the members, both old and new. Josh, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He also takes great care in personalizing your workout plan. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get fit, regardless of their current fitness level.
