Ivan is such a knowledgeable and caring trainer! He is passionate about helping others reach their goals. He will push you harder than you thought you could go, and also help you have a great time along the way. He also works hard to keep you safe in the gym so you can continue training at your best. He is easy to work with and will even get you a meal plan to go along with your training to help you get the most benefit from his experience and training! 10/10 recommend! The absolute best!

Ivan is a great trainer! I’ve always been super hesitant in doing certain things in the gym and he makes me feel so comfortable doing them. I have finally accomplished so many of my goals. Very knowledgeable and caring trainer!!! Be prepared to be pushed to your limit.
