I have been seeing Tharwat on and off for a few years now and love that we work together on action steps and forward movement. More importantly, I have taken my teenager to see Tharwat since before their freshman year of high school. It was so important to us that our child have a safe space to process their feelings, fears and the full spectrum of emotions that we all experience. Tharwat has given my child freedom to express themself with an objective individual. I am beyond grateful for the affect that meeting with Tharwat has had on my child, myself, our family and our other relationships. Additionally, the amenities at Rock City Counseling are next to none. I love the diversity in approaches and "treatments" (dislike using that word, but best I could think of lol) and just the overall vibe and energy of the space and those who work and grow within it. I encourage everyone I know, especially those with teens and anyone who has trauma around therapists and social workers. Rock City Counseling and Tharwat Lovett are exactly who I wish I had had when I was younger.
