Great for early morning classes! I needed something that was easy to get to and had an early enough start time that I could go before work. Plenty of 6 AM & 7 AM classes M-F. Plenty of parking (at least at 6 am…)

Class was great. Welcoming and supportive group with everyone being super nice and the instructor was clearly very familiar with everyone and gave encouragement and help by name.

I’m pretty out of shape and I like that one can dial it up or down depending on one’s fitness level. The class was satisfying and I can see that there is a lot of room for my fitness to grow. Looking forward to coming back.

After 2 years of remodeling my fixer-upper home I’m so happy to be working out again. As a former dancer, Bar Method is the perfect workout for me and the Walnut Creek studio is awesome. I love getting my strength back while meeting inspiring, amazing women instructors and fellow bar-methoders. The workouts are professionally structured and super motivating, putting you in an immediate good mood. After only a few classes I feel my body tightening again and look forward to that awesome tone.

Excellent workout! The instructors are very encouraging and attentive to proper form. I feel challenged to find my edge without getting intimidated.
It is very easy to sign up for classes and the studio has easy access and parking. The first month unlimited is a great deal, loving it so far!

I have been taking classes here for 5 years and it has been life changing. I feel stronger and healthier than ever. You are never too old to try something new!! Update: During the last 19 months the folks at The Bar Method in Walnut Creek and Oakland have worked so hard to be sure their clients could continue to work out either at home or safely in the studio (depending on what was allowed during the pandemic). Hats off to them. They help us stay healthy, sane and strong!

I went to the Bar Method in San Diego for many years before relocating to the Bay Area. When I saw the studio in Walnut Creek for the first time, I screamed out loud! I was so excited. The best thing about this studio is the instructors— every single one is amazing— truly! I take class downtown SF more often because of work, but Walnut Creek is now my favorite studio. As always, the workout is the best of any workout. I go to spin a couple of times a week, but nothing beats Bar Method. It works every muscle in your body, it’s fun, and it shows real results. I had a friend talk me into giving Bar Method a try. I practice yoga but felt I needed something more. I instantly knew after the first 10 minuets of the first class that this was going to definitely get me stronger and back in shape. It is actually addictive. I also have a knee issue I’ve been babying for about 6 months and I was going to start physical therapy. After about 6 classes I noticed my knee issue was feeling much better! My doctor said the slow incremental movements was a great way to strengthen my knee. It’s working. I feel great! Thanks, Sandy
