Honestly, I hate to write a bad review because the people there are amazing and my 6 year old son loves them all. The issue is that when we first went and they did a "brain map" they said they could not get a good reading. So they said after 15 sessions they would come back and do another "brain map". We came 2 to 3 times per week. We didn't see really many results in my child, but others might be different. When we got to 15 we asked for the brain mapping and then we were told then, his head is too small/he is too young to be able to do that. So we did continue on a guess of what he was being treated with, but I didn't feel comfortable with how things were handled and just guessing at what/how they are treating his brain was not something I felt comfortable with. I did ask for a refund, even partial, as I felt like I did not get what I paid for, but that was not given. Just wanted to give an honest and clear review for a 6 year old going there.

I cannot say enough good things about the Brain Wave Center. I tried everything to help my sleep and nothing worked until I found out about Neurofeedback. My sleep, focus, memory, have all improved greatly and I simply feel so much better overall on a day to day basis. To achieve these results without having to take a medication everyday is very valuable to me.

The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Mia, the Office Manager does a great job and you can really tell how much she cares for patients. I highly recommend looking into how the Brain Wave Center can help you or a loved one.

The staff at Brain Wave Center are so warm, patient, and accepting. I feel like I’m truly being heard and that my concerns/issues are understood. I genuinely look forward to all of my visits. I can’t recommend this center enough. I’m someone who is very financially conscious and with neurofeedback not being covered by my insurance, I was really nervous to start my treatment. I now feel really secure in my decision to do neurofeedback to alleviate anxiety and focus issues!

My 9 year old son has completed 15 feedback sessions so far. The change in him in this amount of time is mind blowing. He’s able to receive information and process it quickly without a meltdown. He’s able to focus on the task at hand at school & in his own words “I’m able to get all my thoughts out on paper.” His overall ability to complete a task and shift to another has improved more than I ever thought possible. We will continue on with another 15 sessions and I’m so excited to see the growth and changes even more.
Our entire family is so grateful and thankful for what this is doing for our son. The ENTIRE Brain Wave Staff is so kind, helpful & extremely supportive. I’m so thankful we found them just in time!

My son actually enjoys coming for treatments and the staff has been so patient and supportive. The progress we have seen is truly remarkable. I only wish we had discovered neurofeedback earlier because this empowers my kiddo by addressing the root neurological causes of ADHD, and helps him feel so much more in control of his behavior and emotions.
