I’m disappointed to learn that a member of the staff at The Camp Northridge engaged in unprofessional behavior by being involved in a relationship with a married individual. This situation raises concerns about the standards and integrity upheld by the fitness center. Due to this, I will no longer be using their services and would advise others to take this into consideration when choosing where to work out.

I am backing Suzanne Sanchez’s review - try to avoid this program unless you’re certain that you’re not going to be in any accidents or you won’t be injured during the sessions.

Everyone from The Camp Transformation Center was very helpful at first when they were trying to make a sale. I received phone numerous phone calls, emails, and bunch of other stuff just them trying to have me in their program.

As someone who isn’t really physically active, I asked them if the program is beginner-friendly, and they said yes, it is. So, I finally decided to spend $67, because why not?

Here comes my first day - I was committed to start and finish this journey and I think the program in itself is decent. It was a class with a mixture of beginners and seasoned gym-goers. The instructor will give everyone a set of exercises per station and will give different levels of intensity. It was fun!

All went downhill after my second day of the 21-day program. It was fun but a bit of an unusual class because we had to do our exercises with lights off. This day, I sprained my ankle - I cannot see where I’m supposed to be going because I’m having a hard time seeing in the dark which made land on the wrong foot. This accident injured my foot and was unable to attend the rest of the days to heal. At first I thought I just needed rest but my situation got worse and I had to take off from work and visit my doctor.

I sent Giselle an email about my situation and I’m asking if they could at least register me to the next 21-day program or maybe give me a refund because of this accident/injury - this small amount can help me pay some of the bills that I got while healing. Of course, response is very slow - very different than when they’re trying to make a sale. All I’m getting are excuses and she’s trying to make it very inconvenient hoping that I’ll just forget about it and move on.

Again, do not spend your money here unless you’re certain that you are not going to be in any accidents during the sessions. You will have a very hard time getting back the money you spent. Plus, $67 for 21 days? Come on. Gym membership is cheaper than this and even they could pause your membership if you had any accidents and couldn’t come for a while.

This place is not just a gym is a family. From the friendly staff to experienced coaches, making this place a great experience. The Northridge camp is lead by Bianca and Gissel and they are making this place a success. They welcome you, to assist with workouts to taking the time to create and advice on a meal plan. They do it all. The workouts are detailed to certain muscles on certain days and the hour goes by so fast, you won’t ever be bored. Experience trainers set up stations and explain every exercise and coach you on proper ways to do a successful rep. They even encourage you to go up on weight once you build report with them encouraging you to improve yourself. The camp has a great location and plenty of parking. As a member I am extremely happy being part of this family as it has helped me loose weight, build muscle and increase self confidence.

I can’t express enough how The Camp at Northridge has transformed my life. From day one, the welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home, and it’s been a journey of positive change ever since. The directors, Gisel and Bianca, are nothing short of amazing. Their leadership, along with the incredible team, reflects a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for making a difference. Thank you, Camp Northridge, for being more than just a gym – you’ve become a catalyst for positive transformation in my life.

Disgusting to know trainers here have zero professionalism and actively fraternizing with married clients.

Came to this gym for a trail class. I was a member of the mid city location a few years ago when I lived on the west side and loved it. Did the challenge twice and almost beat it the last time. Since I moved out to the valley I thought of rejoining. My experience was fine. I didn’t like how loud it was with the timer buzzer and music. I also was very disoriented when knowing where to go for each station. No one explained to me how the setup works. I ultimately didn’t sign up for the 6 week challenge because it was too hard on my body for recent injuries I had and I was very expensive since the last time I came.

I purchased a 5 class pack for $90 from this location and have been trying to reach out to book classes and no response. I then reached out (within the first 5 business) to cancel, since I wasn’t able to get any response to assist in scheduling. Now, the owner contact info I have is apparently not the correct business? If anyone still monitors these reviews, please reach out to me or respond with the correct contact info to be refunded my money? I just want this issue resolved please.

I did the Northridge location camp's 6 week challenge and I was successful at it. After I finished the 6-week challenge, I signed up to be a member and paid the gym 6 months in advance.

However, due to family circumstances and having to move out of the area, I couldn't go to any class. I did not make it to the gym once. I tried asking for my money back by explaining to them the situation. They outright refused to give me my money back. I didn't even use their services AT ALL.

They claim that all their members are part of their All Fit Family, but when I needed them to act like family, they treated me with nothing but disrespect. They lacked sympathy and it was just disheartening. I lost a lot of money for something I didn't even use.

I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau since no one has returned my phone calls or answered any of my emails. I will also be leaving this same review on every social media that I can leave a review on.
