We traveled from Scottsboro just to go to this shop!! When we got there it opened 5 minutes late. When the door opened, we said GOOD MORNING, no response or acknowledgement from the young lady with the pink hair, she just turned and walked away! Tried to converse with the young lady, not hardly a word! Had to use ATM, as they do not except debit or credit. Had some trouble with it, she made no offer or suggestions to help! Finally drew out some money to pay. After making the purchase, there was no thank you, have a great day, thanks for shopping with us, come back to see us, nothing!! If this young lady (Which I believe is part of the owner's family) doesn't like being there, GET ANOTHER JOB! We will not shop again at this store.....

Response to the Owner's Reply: You are wrong on many points:
1. She was late opening
2. She did not greet us as claimed.
3. She did not say a word when we left after purchase.
4. If she is half asleep in the mornings, maybe she needs a night job.
5. Dedicated? People who are dedicated to their jobs, treat customers a lot better than she treated us!
6. Do not make excuses for the people you hire! Hire better.
7. My wife and I both have owned businesses, so that's a moot point.
Bottom line: If this lady that we met this morning is the best you can do, we won't be back to your store and will spread the word to others to stay away!

I love going here! Although not as much as I used to. I love how Miss Kitty & Miss Crystal greets you at the door. They sometimes act like little shop keepers, assisting you through the store, haha. There used to be a reader here, Edie. It’s unfortunate that she’s no longer reading here. The shop has great prices on incense, herbs, and crystals. This is my go-to spot for metaphysical needs.

Stopped in last Sunday for the first time. I love this place! Customer service was spectacular, Edie showed us around the store and answered any questions we had. Selection is excellent, and the soaps! Omgoodness! The giggle soap is my new favorite soap and I also left with a lovely new Moon crystal that I can’t remember the name of. Anyhoo, brightest blessings and I’ll be back soon ❤️

Great selection of pieces with great prices. They have nice deals and if you spend so much you get freebies! It was a welcoming environment with 2 black cats you could pet and play with! I definitely recommend swinging by to check the place out.

the lady listened to me about things I am dealing with and helped me pick out a few products that might be helpful but she was the sweetest lady and we talked around an hour and a half she is the best and I will never forget how much she helped me.

I’ve gone in a few times and it’s become my favorite store in town, i got a pendulum today and it hasn’t left my side since. 100% plan on going back when i get my incense burner out of storage
