This is THE place to go! I visited this store to find out information on what products would be good for me. Deb is an incredible fountain of knowledge! She asked me questions like I was at a doctors office consultation and really helped make me so comfortable. She has such a warmth about her and I could have talked to her for hours just to pick her brain for there’s so much to know. She is not only knowledgeable and patient, taking her time but she never makes you feel dumb or rushed. I finally asked her and found out that she holds a medical license and used to work in a hospital and private sector. She truly loves helping others and it shows! While I left without buying anything, I will be back. It is not a reflection on Deb however I will be out of the country. I hope when I get back, that I get to see this lovely and sweet woman even though she said everyone there is amazing and just as knowledgeable if not more so. I however want to see her for she made me feel like I was an old dear friend and gave me so many good suggestions in preparation for when I do begin my journey. Such as getting a notebook to write stuff down in! Such as the product I used, how I felt, how long it took to take effect, etc. I truly hope her pay reflects what a true gem she is for she is THE asset. She should be a new patient consultant or hold a class about your different products. Oh and just a suggestion, maybe you guys could have a FAQ sheet for us new comers that are trying this for the first time. Thankfully I had Deb who even explained a little science behind some of it when I asked however to remember it all by the time I get back will be an amazing feat! Thanks again to Deb and to your company for doing things right and making the difference!
