So I'm posting here now because Valerie Hastings the owner had my reviews removed from Yelp. I have there emails to me which did not make sense. She is not to sure what she is doing and is very forgetful. A couple of days after I paid her for a program totaling 920.00 dollars she canceled a couple appointments from being sick and exhausted from fixing up a house in Reno. She does not have any recent reviews only from 2015 because she probably gets them removed. She talked about her old business partner screaming at her over a calendar so they had to go there separate ways probably because she forgot or was always exhausted. I'm a single mom and was really looking to get some things in order and it's just been a nightmare she offers a money back guarantee and still hasn't returned a dime.

I was eating healthy and working out until I got too busy at work, suddenly I was eating a mountain of sugar and drinking a river of carbonation--I needed serious nutrition help! Part of the problem was that I was out of balance. The Monterey Center of Alameda helped me to get it back together. Valerie provided life coaching at her wellness center, where they not only do an amazing sauna/vitamin detox, but biofeedpack, neurofeedback, AND PEMF or Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency [for bone healing and pain management] -which before coming I'd never heard of!!

At the end of the sessions I was back in balance with my life and work and Valerie treated me to a clarifying foot bath where toxins poured out of me. Thank you Valerie and TMCA!! Ill be back in June!
