Cynthia Allen has helped me improve my health tremendously! She is extremely knowledgeable about the body, its systems, and on how to create optimal health at the deepest levels. Cynthia has been instrumental in helping my 15year old daughter with stomach, sleep, and fatigue issues. It was discovered that she was experiencing symptoms of leaky gutt which contributed to her stomach and fatigue pains. When I started going to Cynthia, my Rosacea was so bad that I was embarrassed to have my picture taken. Well, I don't worry about that any more. I have been told that I look 15 years younger. I have been seen by my General Practioner and a Dermatologist in the past 5 years with no results. My only regret is not finding her sooner. Cynthia does not take the approach of one size fits all. She has also helped me with my diet and other health concerns. I would and have recommended her to friends and family.
