I reached out to them because I'd been having nausea for a couple years and suspected some sort of gastritis. I am familiar with natural doctors and have worked with them in the past. I was hoping a natural leaning board certified gastroenterologist would be a terrific option. I was really wrong.

I met first with Dr. Mark's associate who conducted my intake, which took around an hour. She told me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Mark, it would be $800, but they were running a black friday special where if I scheduled immediately it would be $700. So I felt a little pressured, like the tactics were a little salesy, but fine. My hope is that would be an opportunity to talk through my symptoms and have someone think through it with me.

I get into the next appointment and it's yet another intake and review of my symptoms without any sort of thinking of what it might be. No real critical thinking or diagnostics there. At the end of the hour, Dr. Mark shares with me three lab packages, starting at $3k, all of which were not customized to my situation. At one point I ask him - you don't think maybe I should get an endoscopy? At that point he said, we could add an endoscopy onto one of these packages.

Well after that waste of money and time, I did see a practicing gastroenterologist. He did recommend an endoscopy. And it turns I had a hernia caused by pregnancy that was causing my symptoms. He was able to resolve the symptoms within a few weeks.

I can't believe Dr. Mark woudn't even recommend an endoscopy to understand what was going on. My sense is they push everyone through the same expensive lab package independent of their symptoms and then push them toward expensive in house supplements. It feels like a bunch of sales tactics that tell people they need expensive solutions independent of their individual situation.

I liked the professional support that I had gotten from Frances Mark. She was able to talk me through the post toe surgical treatment plan in helping me to understand how the medication that she had prescribed to me for a cyst removal from a toe would help in the healing process. The BPC-157 Restorative Cream did the job. The healing time was suppose to be up to 3 months, but the cream helped to repair the tissue in almost 1/2 the time. I would definitely recommend Frances Mark in Dr. Jeffrey Mark's All Functional Health practice to anyone wishing to imp[rove their well being.

Dr. Mark and his office staff are amazing! They are very proactive getting back before and after an appointment to explain what is next. Dr. Mark is a great listener and is constantly thinking and analyzing what you are going through. He just doesn't write a prescription and send you away.
He truly cares and wants to be sure what he is doing or prescribing makes sense to you and will work. The office staff follows the same model. I have all great things to say about them and so happy to be a patient of their office.
