I've been to this location over the past 2 years. I live in Fresno but I tend to work out of Visalia most days.
I was here one night with my girlfriend, waiting for a table at chilli's right next door, but I also was looking for a new supplement. A fat burner or a preworkout. I came in about an hour before closing. I stayed until 5 or 10 minutes before closing. I felt like me being there that long made the employees uncomfortable, which I get because I have also worked at a vitamin shoppe store and felt like I could help when customers were in the store so long.

After realizing that the guy who was hugged up on his gf and kissing her and walking around the store was an employee, I kind of felt awkward myself.
The girl upfront at the front desk was so carless in the efforts to ask if I needed help, the guy did great regardless if his gf was in the store.
As I'm leaving the girl sighs and says I'm ready to go home and just felt so awkward the whole time.
There's so many jobs out there, you don't have to be somewhere you don't want to be.
As I'm talking to my gf as we walk up to the counter and pay, she cuts off what me and my gf were talking about and her tone was rude, this was before we even put our thing son the counter.
I paid, I gave an attitude back with my little responses.
Not a farewell or thank you was given.
Receipt slammed on the counter and that's all.

Very rude and unprofessional.
I don't think I'll be going back to this vitaminshoppe tbh.
I get it, there's so many customers, what's 1 less customer, but when customer service is given this way, the numbers add up.

Luis is an awesome employee and helped me kindly with an Apple Card error when most would have had an issue with it. Things like this keep people coming back. Thanks Luis.

The new ownership is garbage and I was about to spend 80$ on 2 pre-workout that I normally buy and send others in to get the same pre-workout as I take and now they lost a loyal customer and new customer. Over a coupon code I got with the barcode on there I had just cut it out, like usual and they would even try scanning it. Customers should always be right and I already know how retail for 14+ years and you're arguing with me because she didn't believe me. The old ownership was way better customer service. NEVER GOING TO VITAMIN SHOPPE VISALIA EVER AGAIN. Found a website cheaper then them and can choose different flavors so that you for finding a better solution stupid blonde lady who was probably the owner.

The Vitamin Shoppe on Mooney Blvd in Visalia, CA is a great place to shop for nutritional and health care products.
The staff is also the best, and they and the manager have become friends over the years, though I observe that they treat everyone as a friend.
I have as one of my businesses a health improvement business, but I still find many specialty items here that my company doesn't carry. This is a great place to council with knowledgeable staff members about your personal health care needs and it's also likely you will find everything you came looking for, and some things you didn't even know how much you needed!
An enthusiastic recommend for this Shop!
