Great 24/7 gym on base. This gym is primarily for weightlifting. Lots of free weights. Also has a ton of individual platforms for doing numerous types of exercises.

A great place for a late night/early morning workouts. Open 24 hrs. This gym is oriented for training on Army ACFT events. The equipment and facility are all fairly new with modernized equipment. Equipment includes but not limited to; pull up bars, benches, multi function weight racks, free weights, sled runs, pull up bars, tread mills, row machines and core workout equipment. Definitely a gym worth the visit!

Really nice CrossFit style gym that's open 24 hours a day. My only grievance is that there are no treadmills (just the self powered treads).

Update for 2022: the facility is now operated by MWR which requires scanning your CAC at the door, which requires registration. A lot of the equipment has gone missing in the gym but otherwise is still my favorite place to lift on post.

It has you basic gym needs. It mostly has weights, a few gravity running and ladder systems, also rowers. No elect treadmills or specialty systems.
Still new but some of the equipment is showing wearing.

The place has a lot of equipment you can use. But it could use some vending machine since the water fountain broken there's no way to be hydrated

This is a great gym and all the equipment looks new. You can guess why because the writing is literally on the equipment. This gym is used mostly by higher ranking NCO's and Officers.
