I started TRT Soft wave therapy and clinical nutrition with a lot of skepticism. After my initial session, I honestly didn’t expect much improvement, due to the number of symptoms. But over the following weeks, I noticed a significant change. The symptoms I was struggling with, which initially had very low scores, started improving steadily. For example, I saw my joint stiffness go from a 1 to a 7, and my overall feeling of being overwhelmed improved dramatically, reaching a 10.
Because of these noticeable improvements, I’ve already scheduled another appointment. I’m excited to be working with Dr. for 5 months... I’m hopeful that with each session, I’ll continue to see progress.
As for Dr. Yu, she is legit—professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The clinic was impressively clean and modern, even more so than my primary care physician’s office. So far, my confidence in her and this therapy is at 5 stars, and I look forward to updating this review as I continue my treatment

So far 5 stars! I had the initial session of TRT Softwave therapy and when I left, I honestly thought its wasn't going to have any significant benefit for my bicep tendon...and the weeks that followed I couldn't help to notice the improvement. So needless to say, I just scheduled another appointment. I am hopeful about and excited to get at least another 4-session which would be a total of 5 session (including my initial session). I hope to follow up on this review at some point. As far as Dr YU she is legit and is professional nice and patient. And the place was in a residential area but was cleaner and newer than my primary care physician. So far, my confidence in her is 5 stars.

When I came to see Dr. Yu I had uncontrolled hyperthyroidism and weight gain. My Doctors were beginning to discuss removing my thyroid and I needed to make sure there were no other options other than surgery. Using a combination of Nutrition and Acupuncture I saw my symptoms begin to subside and my blood work showed that my thyroid had normalized to pre-diagnosis levels My energy tripled, I was no longer exhausted and I even lost 40 pounds, which is very difficult with my condition.

I had such success I asked Dr. Yu what could be done about the numbness in my heel that was a result of a broken leg from 20 years ago. She recommended TRT Shockwave therapy. After my 2nd session I began to gain feeling in my heel for the first time in 2 decades! Where before I had accepted that everything I felt were normal signs of aging, Dr. Yu has shown me that is not the case. I highly recommend her.

I have a right shoulder impingement with neck pain and currently I am receiving therapy. unfortunately chiropractic treatment, pain medication , steroid shots , and stretching have not been effective.I notice that my pain has diminished tremendously. I completed my initial consultation with Dr. Yu this afternoon. She is so knowledgeable in Chinese Medicine and the proper way to administer it. She is not “pushy” so I did not feel compelled to “sign on the line” right then at the end of our consultation. The treatment path for my neurological conditions is going to require a major commitment on my part and she wanted me to discuss with my wife to make sure I can commit, especially since I will need to travel from out of state to receive the treatments. I was so very comfortable talking with her, that I must say, if you are considering starting a new treatment path that would include Chinese medicine, then please consider talking with Dr. Yu. The initial consultation is “on the house” so to speak. 🙂

I have been following Dr Yu on Instagram for a while and have been impressed. Even though I live far from her clinic I have been unable to get a local practitioner appt. The wait for all I have contacted is months. My free consultation is in a few days, I'm looking forward to it. I believe Chinese medicine to be legit.

Amazing experience with the shockwave treatment today. I went there with excruciating pain on my knee, and left after 45 minutes with very little discomort. Driving was also much better. I am very happy to try this treatment, and I am grateful for their service.
