WARNING - Tiana is currently handling client's medical/personal data in an insecure way. If you choose to work with Tiana it is entirely possible that your medical/personal data will be leaked.

To be clear - this isn't why I gave a 1 star review. I left a 1 star review because I had a 1.5 hour appointment scheduled with Tiana that had been setup for over a week (which I had requested time off of work for). When Tiana saw that I had suggested she start gathering new patient information in a secure way and told her I would be happy to share this information in person but wasn't comfortable sharing it in a way that could result in it being leaked, she took offense and canceled my appointment with less than 4.5 hours notice.

I don't know Tiana personally, but it seemed that she was more concerned with protecting her needlessly bruised ego than she was with fixing a serious problem that would affect her clients personal/medical data.

Use her services at your own risk and if you do - make sure you don't offend her.
