By far the best small gym I’ve ever been to. I can’t stand the bigger places with the over crowding and people waiting/watching you to get done with equipment. Transform Fitness is perfect. Great selection of equipment and the privacy to have a peaceful workout. Top notch owner. Mitch is always helpful with advice for my workout or nutritional questions. But on the flip side willing to leave the workouts up to me, without any hassles that I have gotten from other places. Majority of the time I have the place all to myself and can push my workout as hard as I want without anyone looking over my shoulder.
