My time at True Health was a pivotal chapter in my life. I walked in off the street one day from my office across the parking lot because I'd had strange symptoms for almost 6 months that made it impossible to work. I did the Qlarity (clarity) Breast Imaging Scan at True health in El Dorado Hills. It was non invasive and there was no compression. It was relaxing and pleasant.

I was really excited to be a patient at True Health Functional Medicine. I wanted a personalized approach to help with my long time gut and thyroid issues. I started out with Dr. Lochna who ordered GI testing and I believe some hormone tests. I went through the GI protocol to heal dybosis. I worked with the dietician Jessica, who is wonderful and Dina the health coach. After my gut protocol there was no additinal testing to see if I had healed at all, which is weird. I wanted help with my sex hormones and thyroid but they could not help with the sex hormones at all. They said women don't need testosterone which is not true. Dr. Lochna left and Jessica went out on leave and I was left with who ever was avialable. The personalized care went to the way side. Then I had to get a covid vax for school and ended up feeling terrible with strange swollen lymph nodes. I saw Dr. Burke who was very rude and swatted at me when I showed her where I was feeling pain. Over all my experiece was not what I was looking. If youre looking for a personalized experience I would not go here it is very generaic.

The QT scan was a positive experience. Janet conducted the scan in a caring & gentle way. I was amazed at how easy the entire scan was and nearly went to sleep. I am also pleased with the detailed report of the findings.

Best doctors office ever! My primary physician is Dr. Holthouse and I've been seeing him for years. He's helped me through so much through out the years. All the way from balancing my gut bacteria to Cardiovascular Disease. I would absolutely recommend this office to my friends and family, and frequently I do! They are a very caring and knowledgeable group. My team includes a physician, dietitian, health coach, and case manager. I have a chronic and complicated condition and have felt very supported and understood throughout the process.
