I am so glad I found Dr. Nicole. I had been suffering from heart palpitations, fatigue, anxiety, pins and needles in my feet (which I thought was neuropathy), dizziness, and brain fog. I had told my primary and gynecologist about it and they pushed it off as menopause. Dr. Nicole did a comprehensive assessment and in one lab draw she figured it out. Low ferritin! To the point i needed iron infusions. Felt like a million bucks after my first infusion. And even better, she found out why my numbers were so low and developed a plan for us to fix it. Its an investment but really worth it!

Dr. Nicole Ortiz is incredible! It is just so refreshing to be seen by a doctor that makes you feel cared for, understood and heard. I started with Dr. Nicole to understand what was going on with my body after having a baby and I'm so glad I did - I've never felt better. I'm sleeping better, eating better and feeling better. The office (more like a lounge) is friendly and inviting, the staff is amazing as well!
What I can't stress enough is that Dr. Nicole really takes time with you. I love that she consistently continuing her education, and that you can walk out of your appointment learning about natural healing and care for your body.
I'm currently popping in at least twice a week to get her B vitamin special - five minutes in and out!
Everything about Dr. Nicole and True You Medical is so refreshing. I recommend her and her clinic to everyone!

Dr. Nicole and her staff are very talented and professional. Her clinic, conveniently located on elegant el Paseo Drive in Palm Desert, is calming and spotless. Among her many offerings, Dr. Nicole is on the leading edge when it comes to the (PRP) Vampire facial. She is an expert injector, confident, with an artist's eye. I had no downtime after the treatment, went to work the next day, and love watching my fine lines disappear day after day. This is most definitely the most natural and best way to bring out my "True You." HIGHLY recommended!

Dr. Ortiz is amazing. Everything is about getting well, by subtraction vs. adding medication. I find her very easy to work with, she listens intently and comes up with very insightful and creative wells to increase my energy and health. The entire staff is helpful accommodating and professional. Love this place.

I was happy to find a doctor in Palm Desert close to where I live but the Doctor's paperwork was messy and did not match what she sent to the pharmacy. I called for two weeks, spoke to her office personnel, and posted on power2patient, no response from the lovely Doctor, she was too busy to read it. I am now back to my summer location in another state. Dr. Ortiz left me without my needed medication since June 1st and today is the 12th. Additionally, she never responded to her office personnel if they did relay the my messages. I think she is the type that thinks she is right and you must be wrong. The meds might be here on Thursday, June 15th, it is Monday the 12th now but I canceled them today since they should have been here last Friday after I spoke to Fireside (they never get it right). She has her dates mixed up because she is rushing around too much and it appears she does not listen to her employees. She is too busy selling vitamins and doing facials. It is too bad because I spent $2,000 there: over $600 per visit and $800 on a vampire facial. I got screwed.

True you and Dr. Ortiz are awesome! I recently had a CT scan done on my abdomen at a local hospital and found out I had fatty liver disease. They ran some blood tests and said I was “in the normal range” but I needed to eat better before it’s too late for my liver. Naturally, I freaked out. I asked the Dr. what I can do to treat it and he said “the only way to treat it and reverse it, is diet and exercise.” So I started to go on walks and tried to eat right. I was able to bring my weight down about 6lbs from 180. I was feeling discouraged after all I had done, I only lost a few pounds over the course of 3 months. I was ready to just give up. Soon after, my wife heard about a 7 day liver detox that was starting in August at True You. Like everything else I’ve tried, I didn’t want to do it. But she encouraged me to try it and I’m glad I did. I followed it to a T and over the course of the 7 days I lost 9lbs and I’m down to 165! And the best part was I had a follow up visit with my doctor and blood work. He was shocked, he said “I don’t know what you did, but keep it up. Your cholesterol and all you numbers look significantly better than your last visit.” I’m so thankful to True You and Dr. Ortiz for this opportunity to get my health back on track. BTW I have decided to do the full 21 day version that I’ll be starting in September.

Dr. Nina Campagna is an terrific Dr. has has helped me tremendously. I have been struggling with low energy. She diagnosed some other related issues, helped me to change my diet, and prescribed both medication and supplements that have increased my energy level and overall health tremendously. She's very knowledgable and takes a personalized and thoughtful approach to each visit and status update. I have moved away but I am still being treated by her. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say she's changed my life for the better. I am incredibly grateful.
