If you want to feel like you don’t belong somewhere this is the place. My 3 kids went we paid for an entire year for all 3 up front. Within the first two days a little boy choked out my daughter completely uncalled for and the dad cheered him on do despite the rules of the gym that it’s not allowed especially on someone’s second day there. There’s no AC when it’s 110 outside. There is no set instructor for kids there’s no way to monitor any progress for anyone. This place was a joke.

We accidentally found this place and I’m so glad we did! We’ve been going since 2019, and our 3 kids have learned so much! The teachers are amazing- they are great with kids. With their teaching, they’ve advanced well, and they practice on me. They can all kick mommy’s behind now! Lol

I have trained at UA for a while. The atmosphere is conducive to learning and I have always felt welcomed. if you're thinking of trying Jiu-jitsu, or are a seasoned practitioner, I highly recommend stopping by. There is a vast range of ages, body types, and belt levels to choose as a training partner. Every one of the coaches has their strengths,
but they are ALL amazing! You will not regret coming in.

Had a great time doing a drop in class. Class had warm, technique drilling, passing drills, and several rounds of rolling. Professors were both black belts and did a good job fine tuning and explaining the techniques during the drilling. Enjoyed the atmosphere as well!

If you've been hesitant to start BJJ like I was this is the place to begin.
If you're already experienced, this is the place to develop technique.

While the coaches are strong competitors they never make you feel inadequate. Instead, they invest in you and communicate lessons effectively, even going so far as to providing one-on-one guidance.
