Packages are constantly marked as delivered but aren’t there. Had a package delivered to the wrong house luckily the neighbors were nice enough to drive over and hand it to us. I still have a package missing because drivers are lazy and decided they wanna stop delivering at 8 pm when my package is suppose to arrive by 9pm. This has got to be the worst usps service ever. There’s issues all the time, my stuff always comes late with zero explanation. DO BETTER

The mail clerk at the post office does a great job. However when I left a bunch of packages (with labels), one of them was lost! Make sure they are scanned or drop them in the mail box. This can happen anywehre and is no reflection of the service they provide. The mail carriers however need more training.

Not only have I had over $3,000 in checks stolen from this location with no action from the investigatory body, but mail is delivered from 6-7PM EVERY DAY!! This is absurd and shameful practice from the leadership group and delivery reps here

This Post Office needs to check on the mail carriers that delivers the mail because some mail that we've been getting have been open or have been half way open and they also put other people's mail in our mailbox. We used to have a good mail carrier but for some reason they changed it to the one that we have now which it's not so good delivering the mail like the 2 previous ones that we had. Plus there was a certified mail that it was supposed to be signed and delivered to one of our next door address and there is an empty lot since the house burned years ago. For some reason the mail carrier put it on my daughter's mailbox cause she lives next to that empty lot. Now the question is WHO SIGNED THE RECEIVED RECEIPT? Since my daughter is at work during the day and no one is home. She should of take that certified mail back and send it to the sender. NOT signed it or write someone's name as it been received and NOT put it in someone's mailbox
You supposed to trust your mail carrier with your mail and important papers that you mite to receive.
But now we can't even do that in our area ?

Worst post office ever. They constantly mark the package has been delivered and it never gets delivered until the next day or day after. Some serious changes need to happen or an entire new staff hired.

This location along with Mojave are almost never open during the advertised hours. There is always a sign hanging up saying something like "Closed due to technical issues" or "Closed due to unexpected event". Save your time and go to Tehachapi instead.
