Don't waste your money here; how are you going to put a 13 year old to train with someone older and more experienced? The trainer is irresponsible and unprofessional; and when I cancelled they still charged me $250 to be able to cancel; I put him in another gym and it's completely different; they correct his movements and keep an eye on them.

Great place! Went to just check it out with my son who doesn’t like to leave me ever and everything was so great we signed up right away! Staff is so helpful and accommodating. My son is learning so much and they were so patient with him. He’s even doing better in school after starting here! Now sure how they did it but they are amazing! My little one is so small and his confidence has grown so much already in just a couple months!

The instructors are professional and courteous with the kids. My son has been coming here for over a year and absolutely loves it. They offer three different martial arts classes at various times during the week to help with your schedule. Classes are beneficial for the students. They teach the skills for martial arts and character building.

Coach/Kru Riley is extremely talented at teaching and conveying the BJJ and Muay Thai tactics to all ages. He is patient but direct with purpose on how he conducts his classes. Very methodical, applicable and engaging to our 4 year old, who cannot get enough. Riley and USKO is so welcoming that my wife is now going to start Muay Thai as well. Being half Thai and around Muay Thai my whole life in some capacity, USKO definitely encapsulates the Thai spirit of work hard, laugh harder. 🙏 Kap Kuhn, Dustin.

Update: Updating since I enrolled in the adult Muay Thai class with coach Riley. I still have a high opinion of this place and my son still loves his karate class. Now as for Muay Thai, Coach Riley and coach Aiden are fantastic instructors. They always take the time to answer questions and help you with anything you need. All of my fellow adult muay Thai trainees are also great people. I was really out of my comfort zone when I first started, but everyone was so nice and willing to meet you were you were and help you that I felt really encouraged from day 1. Thats the kind of environment coach Riley has created in class. This program is such a confidence, not to mention fitness (it is WORK!), booster. I highly recommend it.

Enrolled my 5 yo in karate about 2 months ago and he absolutely loves it. He's so eager to keep learning and has a lot of fun. Sensei Andres is so great with the kids and does a great job of balancing discipline while still making sure it's fun for them. It was also not as pricey as I was afraid it would be. Well worth it.
