After years of trying different diets and losing and gaining weight back again, I decided to focus on my overall health rather than drop weight on scale. I haven't been physically fit for many years and I did not like exercising until I started working out with Coach Ken.
On my first meeting, coach Ken took time to listen to my concerns and know what my goals were. He customized my workout plan and encouraged me to push myself harder. In just one month, I was able to increase the workout duration from 30 minutes to 1 hour. He helped me get physically stronger and fitter. I highly recommend coach Ken to anyone who wants to get fit, stronger and healthier!

Great experience! Coach Ken is very knowledgeable, honest, & knows exactly how much to push you to keep you motivated. He tailored my workouts so that I could achieve the results I wanted. He also guided me w/nutrition & mental well being. The gym is clean, well organized, & has an overall positive vibe (no egos). I did 20 sessions w/Coach Ken & I’m feeling great!

Training with Coach Ken over the past two and a half months has been an incredible journey. From the very first session, it was clear that he is not only highly knowledgeable about fitness but also genuinely cares about tailoring the program to fit my unique needs. I've been working with Ken for the past 4 months. I'm down 50 pounds in that time and I'm just getting started.

From our very first meeting, it was clear that Coach Ken approaches training in a truly personalized way. No two people are the same, especially when it comes to personal fitness, goals, and abilities. Ken takes the time to understand your goals, challenges, and unique circumstances. Ken is hands-on but never overbearing or pushy. However, that's not to say that he won't challenge you when needed. He knows how to motivate and push me just enough to excel without feeling like quitting. I've tried other programs before and have found myself dejected and unmotivated after comparing myself to others and feeling like I don't measure up or that I'm not capable enough.

What also sets Coach Ken apart is how he understands that fitness is not JUST about working out and eating right. He's helped me understand that fitness and wellness are holistic and he incorporates that approach in his coaching. He's been a great support for me, not only with my workouts and nutrition but also offering invaluable insights on personal finance, career advice, and life skills. Whenever I face a hurdle, I know I can count on him to provide guidance or just lend an ear. I've had so many sessions where I walked in tired, in a bad mood, or just down and after the end of the workout I felt better, happier, and excited to come back. It honestly feels like hanging out with a good friend.

Ken's passion and dedication are infectious, you can always catch him dancing to the music in the gym. He creates a positive atmosphere that makes every session enjoyable. I personally feel like Ken cares for his clients and their success, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. He takes it personal. Coach Ken is the best!

I haven’t had the best relationship with working out in the past and was ready to start investing in my health, so I decided to look for a trainer earlier this year and am so glad I found Ken.

He actually took the time to understand my fitness level and goals, then tailored my sessions and diet accordingly.

We made a shift to my nutrition plan 2x while working together and he genuinely cared to understand what was and wasn’t working with my diet, mentally and physically, then adjusted for it. He also kept my accountable by texting him each day with whatever metrics i was tracking at that time (water intake, calories, hours slept … even macros when we were ramping it up).

Sessions always had a meaningful mix of exercises that were always challenging (though I never felt overwhelmed by the difficulty). It really showed in my muscle definition and progress over time.

I also got a sprinkle of life coaching in there as well! I’ve been on this ‘level-up’ journey and Ken had so many great book recommendations and even gave me some to read as homework.

The gym is well kept and clean too. Always got great vibes from everyone I interacted with there & never felt intimidated or out of place…. which is not normally how I feel in a gym.

I trained with Ken for ~6 months and would still be working with him if I didn’t move. But despite the short amount of time, I’ve set a new baseline for my physical fitness, weight, and diet that i’m extremely happy with.

If you’re looking for a great trainer and are trying to level-up, I can’t recommend Coach Ken enough!

I came to Ken knowing I was struggling to sustain the weight loss I had achieved earlier in the year. Despite my ups and downs, Ken has been a constant support, helping me stay disciplined and accountable. He’s given me the tools to not only lose weight but to do it in a healthy and consistent way. Over the past two weeks, I’ve followed his plan with about 80% commitment 😂, and I’ve already seen great progress.

My clothes fit better, and I feel so much stronger. Ken’s guidance has been invaluable, and while I know I can continue this journey on my own, it’s honestly better with Ken. There’s just a difference when he’s in your corner.

If you’re thinking about investing in yourself, try a session or three with him. The first one will be tough—you're facing reality and the workout is new—but by the second and third session, you’ll see how much stronger you've become. As a bonus, Ken is great to talk to. Whether it’s brainstorming or solving a problem, he listens and helps you develop the right mindset.
