The nurse were always nice. But you see the doctor literally once and you get a generic diet plan. I can’t find a copy of the contract to see where I’m not entitled to finish the treatment I already paid for because I cancelled. That’s the only thing. I feel one should be able to receive what’s already been paid for.

Staff are great. They provide information and they are friendly, but the Doctor is terrible. She gets bothered if you ask questions. She’s very rude and disrespectful to her staff and clients.

I was not going to write a review but after my wife's review on Facebook was deleted and my wife was blocked I will.
You guys DELETE bad reviews and.dont accept the fact that this weight loss is not for everyone. My wife went through 8 months under your supervision and this wasn't for her. All nurses were nice all the time that I gotta say. Anyways here is my wife's review and if it gets deleted again I will post everywhere. We have the right to express if it word or if it didn't.

Didn't work for me. I did exactly what I was told even changed my eating habits and exercise I lost 15lbs first 2 months then I gained it back the next 3 months. I was sent to get lab work since they thought maybe it was my thyroid and nope. It was fine. Plus I only saw the doctor 1 time for 5min because she kicked my out right away when I started asking questions VERY RUDE lady. The nurses were always nice though. Guess this isn't for everyone.
