In response to the owner, it's poor judgement and business practice to disregard a client in front of you in anticipation of a client who isn't there yet in a walk in setting, and borderline spiteful not to accommodate someone who blew hours to patronize your practice because the reception didn't notice them until TWO MINUTES too late.
Heaven forbid you are inconvenienced.👍

This place no longer takes appointments. I drove an hour in horrible traffic arriving at 11:30 exactly and was told no I didn't and they were closed because there were patients "In front of me" Now I'm in the middle of nowhere wasting my time for nothing.
Go somewhere more professional.

Where do I begin!! The wife and I embarked on our weight loss journey, 2 months ago. The wife took advantage of the Black Friday promotion for 2 months of semaglutide, and I went with super lipo, B12, appetite suppressant.

To start, I will admit we were both nervous, with committing to this new lifestyle, of proper diet, and cutting back on a few bad habits (alcohol lol). The staff was and continues to be amazing. Very informative, provides an extremely comfortable space.

Two months later, my wife has lost 23 pounds, and I’m close to reaching my target weight of 195, down from 216!
