I can’t say enough great things about this gym! It’s more than just a place to work out it’s a community that truly supports every member, no matter their fitness level.
One of my favorite things is that it’s open early, allowing us to train while watching the most beautiful sunrises. 🌅 The gym is well-equipped for both individual training and classes, and there’s plenty of space to move comfortably. The class schedule is super flexible, offering sessions throughout the day, making it easy to fit a workout into any schedule.
The classes themselves are incredibly well structured. They include a thorough warm-up, core work, and stretching. Everything is carefully explained at the beginning, and with two instructors present in most classes, there’s always someone there to provide guidance, encouragement, and support. The instructors are approachable and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve.
What really sets this gym apart is its welcoming and inclusive environment. The owners have built a space where everyone whether a beginner or an experienced athlete feels comfortable and respected. I dropped in to today’s class while visiting from out of town again. I love this gym. Amazing class, smart programing and great coaching. The classes can be scaled to any level for a great work out. Plus once you are a part of the email list you get some really smart content with fantastic suggestions and tactical approaches to strength, conditioning, nutrition and longevity. I will always come back when I am in town and wish we had a space like this where I live.

Vero Strength is by far the best community of coaches, owners and friends you will find in this area. I was a member for a year before moving further south and can't say enough good things. From the care and condition of the facilities to the oversight of the stellar programming and beyond. This is a 5 star operation that I was so glad to have been a part of for even a short time with a community to match!!

I’m sure you’ve read many reviews about various gyms that claim it’s the best ever. Maybe that’s true for that individual, at that point in time, at that location. What’s unique about Vero Strength is the ability to coach everyone, at every level of fitness, throughout your fitness journey. They are skilled at supporting you both where you’re at and encouraging you to achieve the next level. I’ve been there for almost 15 years and am learning something new every day. There’s no better investment you can make in your long-term health and wellness than to join Vero Strength & Conditioning.

I cannot thank Vero Strength enough for all they have done for my health! Before joining, I was hesitant because I had never lifted weights before. However, within 6 weeks of joining, my debilitating neck pain I had for years after having kids was completely erased. My posture has improved, I'm so much stronger and it is evident the owners and trainers are at the top of their field in health and fitness. All of the trainers are wonderful and it feels great to be a part of a gym where everyone feels accepted and challenged, regardless of your fitness level. You will not regret joining!

I have been to Vero Strength many times for group class and Olympic lifting sessions. It is a Five star gym because of the professionalism and knowledge of the owners and trainers. The people that workout here are very friendly easy going people with motivation to be healthy. The facility is full of quality equipment that is maintained at very high standards. They offer multiple daily classes, individual training and the best nutrition planning for a healthy lifestyle. They can help someone rehab from an injury, lose weight, get stronger, avoid injury…all of which can impact mental health, overall well-being and quality of life.
