I had a wonderful experience doing acupuncture with Iris. She gave me a while wellness assessment on my first visit with great suggestions for self care and a treatment plan, including how her office can help with acupuncture, massage, lymphatic drainage and abdominal massage. Iris is a rare gem. I have a serious issue with needles. She makes me feel so comfortable every single time I have a session with her. Because of this I have been able to get regular acupuncture (once a week) for the first time in my life and it has made a HUGE difference for the serious debilitating ailments I’ve been experiencing during my pregnancy. I still hate needles but I’m able to relax when it’s Iris “installing” them. She is down to earth, a great communicator and I have found her an absolutely wonderful resource of information. The best acupuncture in whole California. I am in my mid 30s new mom & breastfeeding exclusively which led me to have back and neck discomfort. My husband and I made an appointment with Iris, it took only one session!!! I felt AMAZING like in my early 20s no back or neck discomfort all gone 😊. The office is clean, quiet, smells amazing and super relaxing!
