After I had my baby I gained a lot of weight and I realized I had to change my habits. Becca walked me through everything I needed to do to lose the extra baby weight. She is very knowledgeable and I’ve seen a lot of progress on my body so far. I highly recommend her especially if you’ve hit a plateau on your body.

I’ll be honest, since the pandemic, I have really been over eating. I do OK in the mornings, but once I start, it’s hard for me to stop. Bec is a real inspiration to me as she has yet overcome and met her fitness goals.

I am still really big, but things are looking up from here or down from here, depending on how you see it scale wise OneLove ! <3
