There very informative, on all their products,I love there smoothies fresh and delicious, they make their own sea moss
On the premises, also they sell delicious patties, and juices, an ginger shots , even drinks for men to strengthen them

This is a great family place. We go every year. The pumpkin pie spice, and sweet and spicy relish is the best. Be prepared to wait a while if you want some of the best apple cinnamon donuts.

The BEST health food store in Harlem, period!!
I was visiting NYC this month with digestive fatigue (there’s just as much cheese, meat and bread a body can take while sampling the East Coast!), and I happened to run into this miracle place on my first day.
The place gets busy around lunch time, line to the door for fresh juice and smoothies orders, totally worth the wait!
On my first visit I had their sorrel and ginger fresh juice that brought my belly back to life immediately! After that visit I tried some of their blended juices which were delicious as well, and every time a lentil patty 💕
Those lentil patties are wholesome deliciousness!! On my flight back to California I brought three with me 😋
Besides it being an incredible store, the staff is so kind and caring!
I can’t wait to come by again ☝🏾

Horrible customer service. I think this store is a great staple in the Black community. However, I was very displeased with what I witnesses and experienced in this store yesterday. Everyone knows that cold weather can cause nasal drip. I witnessed a customer pick up a napkin to wipe her nose. The store clerk then picks up a bottle of Lyson and begins spraying it at her. Great thing the whole experience was recorded because this should never happen again. What if it got into her eyes? What if she was allergic. This incident should be brought to the manager/owner's attention so that the clerk's behavior is properly addressed. I would hate to see such a great store risk a lawsuit or getting shut down for abusive, negligent behavior towards its customers.

I like the shop. My entire organic take-home demand, including elderberries, was met. Additionally, there were a selection of freshly produced juices and smoothies, as well as nutritious, delectable vegan items that were ready to consume. I consumed a shot of wheatgrass juice and a kale salad, both of which I intend to keep returning for. This business will become, as it has for me, your heaven on earth if you are a vegan or vegetarian. Try it out for yourself; you'll enjoy it.
