I have been a client for the last four years. I have had the same counselor the entire time, and we have built a good relationship. I am still on my weight loss journey but have had success. I appreciate the data that is printed for me after each weigh-in. I look forward to my weigh-ins and just reviewing health goals and mental health goals. My A1C is lowest it has ever been and weight continues to improve. No products are pushed. Encouragement and someone to listen and help me plan is what keeps me coming back.

I have been a part of the Elite Medical Diabetes counseling program for over 5 years. This program has helped keep me on track and get me back on track in regards to managing my Blood sugars, I set Goals for Sugar Level, Excercise/Walking and diet. I actually have a weekly appointment which really has held me accountable to these goals

During one of their UserGroup meetings a couple of years back (Pre Covid) I was introduced to the Freestyle Libre 14 day Digital monitor system. This has allowed me to manage my blood sugars on a real time basis.

Whenever I have had a question about medications, new testing equipment and most importantly diet I can count on the team and especially Kathryn, my counselor, and Emily, to get me the answers and plan I needed.

If you have access to these services through your schools healthcare plan I highly recommend using them even if it is only for a monthly check-in.

I am extremely grateful I contacted this program around 2 to 3 years ago! I have been able to make vast improvements to my health thanks in part to my Dietician Kathryn’s great support and advice. When I first started my T2 Diabetes journey, I had an alarming A1c of 14. I was immediately put on insulin injections, Metformin, and a blood pressure med to try to get things under control. I also started wearing a Freestyle Libre arm sensor to monitor my blood glucose changes more closely. I began making substantial changes to my diet and exercise routine. I now am happy to say my weight dropped by about 15 pounds, I am off insulin, off the blood pressure med, have cut my Metformin dose in half, and my A1c is at a 6.1, with the lowest check so far actually being a 5.7! I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for education and support in their diet, exercise, and health management needs. This program, together with your doctor can help you reclaim your health, improve your energy levels, confidence/ happiness, appearance, fitness, your life!
