Jennifer Nichols has been my biller for at least six years. She was referred to me by a colleague and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with her. Dr. Devatara and I want to express how wonderful it has been working with Genai this year based on feedback from our amazing assistant and the increase in payments for claims we are seeing.

She consistently communicates with our assistant to address our questions…whether or not she has an immediate answer. She is honest when there are challenges and diligently works to overcome them.
