Finding Lisa has been one of the most significant improvements to my health in decades. I didn't know people said things like "your skin looks so good, healthy, less tired". Wait, you can observe that from skin? As a "big guy" I am always working to be healthier. In my 40's I just felt like I needed "just a little something extra" to support exercise and health.
