This is a great gym with a beautiful location. Manager Jake is super friendly and sets the tone for the staff, who are all professional and welcoming, making every visit a pleasure. The addition of red light therapy has been a great touch—my family and I really appreciate it. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the open swimming pool is a nice perk for enjoying some fresh air. Overall, a wonderful spot we’re happy to keep coming back to!

Great experience thus far! Everyone is so professional and the facility is very clean and maintained. My reason for four stars is that I wish there were more class offerings in the Babcock Ranch location! Barre classes please.

Extremely disappointed with the Babcock location. Went this evening to get a workout in with my husband. We took our daughter to drop her off at the child care provided by Wellway that “we pay monthly” for only to be told by the front desk attendant that they were full and could not take one more child.
Wellway when selling the benefit of childcare does not include in the signed contract that is based on how many kids they have nor do they tell you that you need to make a reservation like we were told today. This branch was unable to provide a service they bill me for because they are understaffed. They only have one person in the wellness kids department. I am livid. You need to staff your gym accordingly to accommodate your members for services you are billing them for. 8am - 12pm and 4pm-8pm you state the child care is available for members. Per the contract. Nothing else is stated. Not that it’s based on capacity or reservations. You need to staff your place to provide the service you are charging and collecting for.

It’s the worst gym I have belonged to. The equipment is old, there’s no airflow where the cardio is, the price of the membership is completely overpriced, not a big variety of classes, and they have instructors who write on a white board what to do and then just walk out and play on their phone.

My initial assessment went well but I had not worn the suggested type of clothing. As a result my scan wasn't accurate. Wellway allowed me to return to retake the scan. It came out perfectly.

I called to sign up for services and was told I needed to wait until I met with Gavin to get started on my membership so I made an appointment. When I arrived at the appointment time I was told Gavin went somewhere else that day, no sorry, no explanation, just a shrug. So, I went ahead signed up but no one had time to provide me with a map of the facility, an orientation to the machines, class schedule etc… . The conversation I had via phone mentioned all these assessments and assistance….what a load of BS! In addition they cost &20 more per month than other locations for the privilege of Babcock Ranch. What a joke!

I’m so impressed with this local fitness club. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, from my first visit they made me feel like we were old friends. I have tried several classes and the instructors are top notch. So many positives from the complimentary health assessment, to the lap pool this really is a health club that offers it all. The location is convenient and the club is well run. A real gem in a beautiful setting.
