I responded to one of their ads on Facebook. I specifically asked if they could put a rib back in place. They responded yes, and said to click on a link to claim the voucher they were offering. The offer was a $550.00 for only $49.00. At my appointment, I was asked for my insurance card. No where on the advertisement did they mention they were going process your insurance. When I met with the doctor, I explained that I really wanted to just get the rib put back. After the exam and x-rays, I’m told I would have to make a second appointment to go over the X-rays and to come up with a treatment plan. No where in the advertisement did it say that you would have to come back for another visit AND that you actually would not have any adjustments. I went into this appointment with the expectation of having an adjustment. After I said that I thought I was getting an adjustmentt, He said you can get an adjustment for $70 additional to the $49! I paid $49.00 to walk out of there fuming mad and still in pain. This felt like a bait and switch and totally scammed. After I posted my experience on the facebook ad, the advertisement was taken down from their Facebook page. If I could rate this business a zero, I would have.

My experience with West Coast Wellness has been wonderful.
Dr Erickson and his staff are more than just professional they are kind. The facilities are extremely clean and the beautiful videos are calming and relaxing. I’m very happy that I chose WestCoast wellness for my physical therapy and I would recommend it highly to anyone needing physical therapy.

I had a very good experience for my NJ CDL physical. Dr. Erikson was very thorough and pleasant and the office was very clean. I did not have an appointment and that was not a problem. Sara at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Look forward to seeing them next year. Eileen E.

I came in with a lot of pain do to my accident. With in a week or two my back pain was minimal. They also help get function back in my left arm shoulder and knee. Highly recommend

New to the area and needed a DOT physical done. They were able to get me in immediately and had quick, outstanding service. The facility was maintained and clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. I will be returning for any future needs.
