I was looking to gain strength and flexibility after having a baby, I searched google and found White Feather Wellness. My first experience was with great, I found myself having fun. Laurie is a wonderful teacher. She gave me a brief history of Pilates. I had a one-on-one introductory class with her and we went over different moves on the reformer. She taught me how the machine works and instructed me every step of the way. I’ll definitely be back and if you’re looking for pilates in a cozy, intimate atmosphere, I highly recommend.

Better Thai massage than in Thailand! Wow, my husband got me a Thai massage by Laurie and it was incredible. So relaxing, calming atmosphere and just the right pressure. I had a Thai massage in Thailand and this was even better! Laurie has extensive training in Thai massage and even studied in Thailand. Highly recommend!
