Wendy is an outstanding message therapist and health coach! I have used her services over the past two years and she has been the best message therapist I've ever used. She has an excellent understanding of all the different muscle groups and the issues associated with bad posture especially those of us stuck in front of a computer all day. She knows exactly what muscles groups to work to provide relief. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is engaged in sports or is just trying to stay active and flexible.

GAME CHANGER!! I have dealt with chronic neck pain and trap stiffness for decades (stress, bad postuere, etc). I even had a huge knot on the left side of my neck. After just one treatment with Wendy, there was a marked change in my muscles. After a few consecutive weeks of treatment, my stiffness has improved but more importantly, the chronic pain is gone (as is that knot on the left side!). I am sleeping better and move better. Over the years, I have tried PT, chiro, acupuncture, massage, and nothing has made such a difference that has lasted. I highly recommend trying Wendy’s treatment out! I believe she has magic healing hands and am so glad I found her here in Folsom.
