I've tried Weight Watcher's before but never lost weight, until this time. My friend and I started about four weeks ago at this branch. I have successfully been losing weight at about one and a half pounds a week. I know between journaling and going to this establishment with these current leaders in the field I am being successful because they really want me to succeed. I actually enjoy going to the meetings now, and look forward to each week without regret. This group site has many followers as I have seen growth in each week I've been. I have a lot more to lose but I am enjoying my lifestyle changes with a new found abundance of energy.
