I went for the first time today and I love it! I wasn't sure if I would need to take multiple breaks because I'm 3 months postpartum but I was able to follow along!
It really was the perfect mix of yoga and pilates (pilates flow). Mimi was my instructor and she was so kind and encouraging the whole time. I felt comfortable in the class and the other ladies in the class were kind too.
As far as location goes, I love it! It's 3 minutes from my house hahaha but seriously it's a nice location. It's next to a few coffee shops and a deli. So, once you're done with class you can relax with a nice coffee. BUT they do NOT have their own parking lot so just keep that in mind. So you might was to leave the house a little early to give yourself time to find a spot😁

Yoga Fusion is a great addition to Hemet and a step in the right direction towards revitalizing the Downtown area.

I took the power yoga class and loved it! The workout was challenging enough to make me sweat, but I also loved how approachable and friendly the atmosphere was. It never felt intimidating or overwhelming. Mimi brings great energy to her class and does a good job meeting people where they are. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Yoga Fusion for about a month now. I go 3 day a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Chantall is an amazing teacher. She makes the class fun and really knows her stuff! I highly recommend signing up and going. You will feel so much better and stronger!! 🥰
