I come down to Corona to visit family every now and then and the best way and location for me to Maintain my yoga practice is Always at Yoga Den! They have recently moved buildings, and I absolutely love the set up of their new location. For anyone wanting to get a Spiritual and physical work out with yoga I’d highly recommend this place!

Two years ago I found the Yogaden because I was looking for fitness; something I could do that wasn't the gym. I brought a 10 pack of yogaden classes, used them within two weeks and found so much more than fitness. I found a temple of wellbeing that is fitness for the mind, body and soul that has changed my life profoundly. I soon entered the 200 hour YTT which I completed last last but I continue to learn and grow in every class I take and teach. This has been a very brief details of what I found at the Yogaden... there's so much more, so come to Yogaden and see what you can find!
